Nice and comfortable stay
What needs improvement –
o The rooms are super small. Just enough space for one person and their luggage.
o The Bathroom seems aging and some fittings require replacement.
o They don’t provide robes.
o The AC is set to some icy temperature and even if you try to adjust it from the room, there is no much use; it still chills out the room, to an uncomfortable lower temperature.
o The parking is in the basement and there are valets for it. But if one requires access to their car, say to get somethings or so, the valet has to chaperone the person down to the parking. So one has to wait till a valet is free to be able to attend to us. Not a huge issue, but a slight discomfort.
Now the good –
o The staff are very polite, well behaved and very helpful – house-keeping staff, concierge and the valet are all very prompt and professional. Appreciate the hospitality.
o Toiletries, plates and cutlery and additional water are all provided and are refilled immediately upon request
o Clean and damp-free.
o There is a nice quaint library area where one can relax, and a lobby. There are phone charger ports provided too.
o Location is very accessible.
o One side is the air port view. Flight take off and landings can be seen. The other side has a busy flyover view.
I hope these points will be considered as a feedback for further improvement of the facilities.
