Excellent customer aftercare

A short stay before moving on, however, I lost my iPad which fortunately, was later found by hotel staff. The Manager ‘Sangram’ contacted me while I was staying in another hotel near the airport over a week later, waiting to catch my return flight back to the UK. Sangram was incredibly helpful, organising one of his security guards to conduct a 2 hour return trip, free of charge to ensure I received it before my flight home.
This shows their excellent customer service. A big Thank you for all your support and customer aftercare ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

SAFE , EXCELLENT FOOD AND WELL LOCATED STAY IN MUMBAI

In November 2023 , I visited Mumbai for a few days to attend a wedding.
My stay at Shalimar Hotel Kemps corner , Mumbai was fantastic. It was safe, excellent food and service and the location was perfect. The convenience of having a bakery, spa, restaurants in the hotel just adds so much more convenience to ones stay. Shopping is also so closely located to the hotel at walking distance.
I would recommmend the hotel to anyone wanting to have a great overall stay in Mumbai .

Third class hotel !!!

Horrible place not worth visiting ever again in my life coz this is not a hotel it’s worse than a lodge ! No lift only stairs to go up . Rooms gets over as soon as you enter . No breakfast provided or any basic thing provided . Horrible place considering the high price !!

booked this hotel from hotels.com website I always read the comments of other people that have stayed in the hotel we arrived very late check in was a brezze so smooth room was very nice and clean had a fridge in room which is not normal for hotels in this area. breakfast was good but language is a bit hard asked for 2 eggs over easy got 4 eggs over hard but apart from that we enjoyed

Shalimar

This hotel is just near the Malad railway station. Cheap though but not that great. I stayed here with my family only for one night. There are many places to eat near by. Just down there is a restaurant. Ok to stay with family.
