NEVER AGAIN

We were supposed to stay in Al Shifa Residency for 2 nights. When we arrived, they told us they are overbooked and we can't stay there. Since there was no other available accomodations near by, we waited for hours because we did not know what to do. Finally, at 11pm they told us their friend has a nice accomodation and we can stay there for a night and come back to Al Shifa next morning. Their friend's "nice accomodation" was full of cockroaches on walls, bed, floor, under the bed, EVERYWHERE! We went back to Al Shifa next morning, because they told us we can stay there next day. When we got there, they told us they already got a fine from Booking.com and they are not going to accomodate us. Again- homeless in the middle of India. This is unforgivable to care about your customers so little. NEVER would recommend someone to stay there.

Stayed there with family and kids. We were not expecting much from this hotel as we were only there to sleep...
Sheets were stained, beds are OK if you are 4ft tall.
The main problem for us was with the frontdesk staff blasting music over their phone speaker until 3:30 AM, we had to politely ask them if they could use their earphones at least 6 times but they did not seem to see the problem....anyhow if you are looking for a hotel to stay in this area the comfort inn is slightly more expensive but sooo much better.
