hotel in case of emergency

officially, the hotel is a 4* house and one wonders how this classification came about. from the outside, the hotel looks well maintained, as are the public areas clean and polished to a high gloss. the reception of a younger receptionist was friendly and professional. now to the defects: our (deluxe) room was quite large, as was the bathroom. the positive here: there was always hot water. the bathroom was in poor condition and looked unclean, the joints were black, everything should be cleaned from scratch. the terry towels were thin and spotty gray (originally white). the beds: the mattresses sagged, the bed linen stained with greasy cloth, the sheets probably not changed, since on the lying surfaces distinctive wrinkles of use. the pillows we immediately had new upholstered, as they were also dirty. the room seemed scruffy. since the hotel is actually well equipped, a basic cleaning and the complete replacement of the linen would bring some improvements. the breakfast was very simple: 2 dining, aloo paratha and poha, curd, pineapple and banana, toast and butter (didn't seem fresh) as well as jam, chai, water. the young staff of the hotel were friendly and striving, but should hardly ever have had the pleasures of a specific training. in the current state, the hotel is not recommended despite the low price.

Bad hotel in all respects.

Location on outskirts. Atmosphere not conducive. Rooms badly maintained. Broken towel holder, broken spray holder in bathroom. Bathroom door knob defective. No room service. Restaurant not attached to hotel but in next building. Steep steps to climb without railing at entrance. Pathetic response from so called front desk. Avoid totally.
