Maurya Regency Guesthouse is a great hotel in its price category.
Good afternoon! At the time of booking on the website the tourist did not have a detailed description of the hotel. Little information was available on other sites. Didn't get a Google map view of the hotel. But still took a chance and booked this hotel.
I'll tell you right away, I write by the standards of northern Goa.
1. Accommodation:
5 stars. Hotel owner, Anthony, very friendly and sympathetic. met us at the bus, then moved to his Suzuki swift and drove straight to the reception. Made copies of our documents, escorted us to the moment on the third floor. Didn't wait a minute.
2. Hotel location:
It made sense why we couldn't see the hotel from Google cellphone cameras. The hotel is located on a narrow street leading directly to the beach. Very comfortable. Hand to the beach. The street ends with a restaurant, through which you can access the beach. Near the hotel there is a shop with fruit, drinks, ice cream, clothes. Everything you need right next to the hotel. On the first day, we had a little sunshine and immediately bought white hooded shirts that we swam in the sea on the second day.
There's an inexpensive diner on the way to the beach one hotel away. What's on the beach is 350, it's 250. That's about it. The same restaurant exchanged dollars at 88. You can change 89 at the front of the street in a money changer, but we found out later.
3. Numbers:
Deluxe reservations. On the third floor with a balcony. Two huge panoramic windows with sliding doors. I've rarely seen this before in Goa in this price segment. The room is spacious. The air conditioning works. Clean white sheets without stains. Good (working) plumbing. Hot water, great pressure. The room has a huge double bed, fridge, TV, air conditioning. Everything works. Air conditioning is located above the bed. Cold as a beast. I had to stretch a sheet over the bed to keep it from blowing on us. Besides the air conditioning, there are two other fans, but we didn't use them. The room also has a wardrobe, suitcase table, table, chair and two bedside tables. Floors are laminate. Everything is relatively clean. The walls are white painted. Recently, apparently do a renovation, the hall and stairs smell a little paint. The room is fine, there are no foreign smells. In the sanctuary there is a bucket and a pelvis, plastic, you can wash something.
4. Breakfast:
Breakfast is delivered directly from the room, at the scheduled time. Never been late, on the contrary brought a little earlier by 5-10 minutes. I remember at another hotel last season, we waited 30 to 40 minutes. So, in that regard, an A+. Breakfast is a little different every day. Mostly scrambled eggs sandwiches, sandwiches, just boiled eggs, bread and jam, butter, coffee, tea, hot milk in a thermos. There's a kettle in the room.
5. Cleaning: After three days of arriving at the hotel, Anthony asked us to clean. Honestly, I didn't replant )) earlier in the week). They gave me the keys, they came from the beach, everything was cleaned, the bed was changed, fresh sheets and towels. 5+.
6. Security:
The safe wasn't in the room. But you didn't need it. Everything left in the room is safe. I won't write what exactly we left behind, but there was no problem.
I didn't notice the animals in the room, either, and neither did the hotel. But I'll make a point. Previously we had a negative experience and India, so, now upon arrival at any hotel in India we treat the perimeter of the room and bed with a remedy for all kinds of impurity brought with us. But then, you don't have to worry about it.
7. Additional services:
Rent a tank with a hotel. Five days, Rs. 2,000. It's a good price. Yellow Yamaha. Drove to neighbouring beaches, in arambole, to some attractions located half an hour away. Very comfortable. One day it was a flat rear wheel. Master Anthony, it's been half a day. 5+.
To sum up:
It's a great hotel in its price segment. A positive impression of the hotel is formed on about 3-5 days of arrival. So I strongly recommend it.

Good for solo travellers
This hotel is a good place for solo travellers as it is not very heavy on the pockets. Although it was a little far from the airport. The overall stay and the service provided by the staff was average.

Что еще за такие деньги?
В принципе ничего хорошего изначально не ожидалось. По приезду нас сначала заселили временно на третий этаж, т.к. наш номер не был готов (да и что они там готовили до сих пор непонятно))). Номер был новый, состоял из двух комнат и выглядел очень даже прилично. После обеда переселили на первый этаж. Был сначала шок: кондиционер не работает (хотя в итоге поняли, что и без него жить можно), нет горячей воды вообще никогда (не смущало - тепло все-таки), в номере ни разу не убрались (в связи с этим воровства не замечено). Мне с подругой, как молодежи, было без разницы, все равно за такую стоимость ничего особо не ожидали. На первом этаже дико шумно, слышно все о чем они кричат на ресепшене, особенно с утра. Завтрак - нечто, а точнее ничто, т.к. иногда нам его вообще не приносили, видимо, после того, как мы один раз его не доели, они решили, что мы не голодные :)) Но терять особо было нечего, так что мы не переживали! Перебоев с электричеством не было, или мы их не замечали, т.к. в отель приходили только переночевать. К удивлению, выдали мыло, шампунь, зубную щетку с пастой, два полотенца. Вай-фай ловил в номере. Еще из плюсов - близость к морю, пешком 2 минуты. Сохранились фото только из номера с третьего этажа. С первого - в предыдущем отзыве.

бросить вещи
Этот отель был единственным доступным для проживания на время нашей внезапной поездки. Да, мы сорвались с места и рванули на море в новый год. Знали, куда едем (в ГОА 7 раз). В общем, и не ждали ничего за 2 звезды. Пишу отзыв для тех, у кого есть выбор - чтобы случайно не выбрали этот отель! С детьми - ни в коем случае! Использовать только как перевалочный пункт - бросить вещи, взять мопед и вперед)
Итак, минусы:
-с вечера и до утра почти всегда нет электричества, т.е. ни телефон зарядить, ни холодильником пользоваться нет возможности;
-по вечерам долго нет горячей воды, бывают вечера без нее вообще;
-завтрак в 10 утра, нам категорически отказывались выдавать на 5 человек, то 3, то 4 шт. приносили в номер (кафе нет, носят по комнатам), и то один омлет разорвут пополам на двоих и 2 тоста - всё, весь завтрак;
-питьевая вода платно;
-сушить вещи негде - территории нет вообще, балконы только этажами выше (мы были на первом), в номере вещи тоже не сохнут (да и негде развесить);
-вай фай только на рецепшн ловит;
-уборку не делали ни разу, не меняли полотенец, белья, про мыло уж молчу;
-кондиционеры ни у кого не работают. У них там похоже своя подстанция, которая не тянет объем и нагрева воды, и ТВ, и уж тем более кондеров;
-забирали ночью в 3 часа, трансфера отель не дал, шли пешком километр с вещами и детьми до автобуса.
Плюс - до моря идти метров 300.
Итак, минусы:

Достаточно чисто и спокойно для Индии
До пляжа не далеко, номера просто огромные,для Индии чистые, но уже престарелые))) с балкона видно кусочек моря и кусочек помойки. Завтраки во дворе соседнего отеля, омлет, кофе, тосты, я не пробовала(т.к. веган), но говорят съедобно. Вайфай ловил только на ресепшн и то совсем вяло. На новый год организовали в ресторане (возле кромки моря на другом пляже) отличный праздничный ужин. Прибывание в отели мы остались довольны. Из соседей были только русские.
