Hotel Sheratone Mount Abu

Located just opposite Mount Abu Bus stand it is a landmark 3 star hotel although surprisingly the Sheraton Chain of hotels have taken no objection for its copyrighted name with a slight spelling difference.A excellent grand entrance to the hotel and landscaped garden.

arrogant management denies rooms to motorbike riders.

we wanted to check in
rooms were available
but management told us that it is occupied
staff friendly
mangement arrogant
we are retired friends on a long motorbike trip though lovely rajasthan
it seems that the hotel management doesn't realize that motorcycle riders spend usually a lot of money during a stay.

Believe everything you read about this Sheraton hotel. We so enjoyed our stay there and I hope to return.The location is perfect,our suite (they upgraded us) was lovely and we had a garden!wow.The staff is wonderful patient and helpful (don't think any of them ever sleep) . Wish I could of stayed longer - next time ....

Rude staff

Good hotel and clean rooms but terrible staff and services. The hotel staff was super rude and arrogant. Not recommended because of rude behaviour of staff and owner as well.
Good service is what hotels are about. But we were disappointed for that particular reason.

Good service and have excellence room quality staff is so good and helpful room's are very neat and clean food also very delicious very nice stay in the heart of city great location and beautiful property
