Decent Stay, But Falls Short on Key Fronts

The rooms were neat, clean, and well-maintained — which is a good baseline for any hotel stay. However, the AC was not functioning properly, which made the stay uncomfortable, especially given Mathura’s heat. This is a basic amenity that should be in perfect working condition — no excuses.
The in-house LOFT Café was a letdown. The pricing is on the higher end, but the food quality simply does not justify it. For what you pay, the taste and portions are well below average.
The biggest disappointment was the breakfast package — I’d strongly advise against booking it. The menu offers only 4–5 options to begin with, and on most of those, 2–3 items are unavailable at any given time. You essentially end up paying for a package with barely any real choice on your plate.
The Good: Clean and tidy rooms.
The Bad: Faulty AC, overpriced café, and a breakfast package that is more of a trap than a value-add.
If you’re planning to stay here, skip the meal packages, arrange your own food, and make sure your room’s AC is checked before settling in.

Hotel is average but service is excellent

Hotel is average, rooms , bathrooms and fittings are very average. (Kaam chalau) Doesn't seem like 3 star. Seems a 2 star type
But staff is very cooperative and supportive and are always ready to help.
