Worst Booking experience....
I had to postpone my stay due to unexpected circumstances and requested a date change, not a refund. Unfortunately, the hotel was completely inflexible and refused to accommodate my request, despite having availability. Customer service was unhelpful and unwilling to offer any solution. I expected a bit more understanding and flexibility, especially as a paying customer. Very disappointing experience—won't be booking here again.

Employees are Team of Thieves !!!
We have logged an FIR against the property.
There are no CCTV cameras in the entire resort! No acknowledgment from the hotel management.. We paid 18000 Rs per night per room!!! Safety is a #BIGCONCERN!! #WORSTEXPERIENCE #Avoidifyiucan #Avoid
