Ticks every box

I had such a lovely time here , i was travelling solo as a female , however i felt very safe staying with lovely Sabitha and her family. The house is so nice and just a 2 minute walk from the beach. My room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was incredible, i stayed for 10 days and had something different every day sampling the local cuisine made by the lovely Sabitha . I had dinner here also every night except for two nights when i tried the food next door, also good but Sabitha is an excellent cook and the value for money was unbeatable. The family are lovely and kind, and there are 2 cute little boys , the eldest Adonis age 14 is a brilliant artist , his work is hanging all around the house and the wall murals are his too . I felt very welcome and safe and dont think i could have found a better place to stay . I got lucky. Sabitha also arranged for a yoga and meditation teacher to come every morning . He was very good. I also had ayuvedic treatments, also arranged through Sabitha. She was so helpful in every way. If you need a taxi or an excursion all of this can be arranged by Sabitha. It was so hot and the house was so comfortable I chose to laze around for 10 days. I cant recommend this place enough and will definitely be going back.

Wonderful

We had 4 wonderful days with Sabada and her gorgeous family. This is our first homestay experience and it was a massive pleasant surprise.
The accommodation was comfortable and spotless with quiet a/c and fans.
It is so close to the beach which is great for swimming and dolphin spotting.
But the highlight was Sabada’s cooking, the food was delicious and provides a tasty insight into the local food.
We won’t hesitate to choose a homestay again if they are all as good as this….

An Oasis of Peace-- Steps From a Beautiful Beach

My husband and I needed a couple of days of peace at the beach, and Marari Adonis was the perfect place. The room was comfortable (amazing bed!) and impeccibly clean (bathroom, too!) The host, Sibitha, and her family are so warm, welcoming, helpful, and gracious. Meals were delicious. The home is surrounded by Sibitha's beautiful garden-- and the beach is a 3-minue walk down a sandy path. The beach is quiet and quite clean. (Be prepared to rent an umbrella and chairs/beds for 200-300R a day.) Sunsets are spectacular. Just up the beach is a more crowded, tourist oriented section-- close enough for a good lunch, far enough away for peace. This was a very special stay.

Feels like home <3

I love this homestay and this family! The location is just steps away from the beach but the property has a beautiful shaded garden for when you need time out of the sun. The rooms are clean and spacious. The ocean is clean and you can watch the fisherman everyday. I think it is one of the most beautiful places I have seen in India.
This family is a gem! The food is unbelievable! All handmade Kerala food. Tasty, fresh and healthy !! Yummy!
I came alone here and I felt a part of this family! You will truly have a real experience with local people. And this is something you cannot find everywhere.
There is nothing bad to say about this place. I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone.
I will be back soon to visit again!

Great stay

Two very welcoming open and helpful hosts who could not do enough for you from arranging taxis to imparting information about the area. Spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed. The most amazing home cooked food very proudly presented on the veranda of the property which looks out over the sandy garden. 2 minute walk to the beach. A great stay thanks to Sabitha ,Augustin and all the family.
