better to stay away not book this hotel.

The front office staff and other hotel staff give priority only to guests who spend more money or come with high-end group bookings. Such groups are always served dinner first. Guests like us are not even counted. These people behave as if bringing a group booking is a huge achievement and that the hotel belongs to them. They act like kings who can do or say anything they want.
They told us clearly that the group would dine first and asked us to wait for 20 minutes. They did not care at all. This hotel treats hospitality like a joke. For them, money is hospitality, but honestly, that is not how hospitality works. They are supposed to give equal priority to all guests in a proper and fair manner, but they are habitual offenders. Wherever there is a big-budget booking and more profit, they focus only on pleasing those guests.
What is worse is that they even said, “Sir, their food is of a slightly lower budget, you please come later, we will arrange yours separately.”
If anyone wants to experience such insult, then they should book this hotel.
Until these people improve their attitude and start receiving genuinely positive reviews, it is better to stay away and not book this hotel.

Not good hotel

Hotel room not clean telephone not working....gyser not working....hotel amount too High 3500 per room .... Hotel staff not responding our phon calls ....not good hotel......not for value for money... Book another hotel

More than terrible

Worst Ever. Simply pathetic. No attention towards guests, garbage food, no room service, no hot water, lift not working and so many other cons. When requested anything, you have to call 4-5 times to get it delivered. Not at all recommended. Better look out for other options.

Worst hotel in Manali

I had stayed with family 1 night , I book balcony attached room they give me different room and when I was enter with full of cigarettes smell , main thing is that bed sheet not changed and pillow , I had again requested for staff to change,that time they changed,travel packaged is worst they will tell 8am,never follow the time for trip in case if you book ticket ,you definitely loose .

Request not to go to this hotel

Dear all,
We had made plans to celebrate 2020 new year Eve at Manali. Once we entered in hotel they start sending to provide us service like, fresh towels, they object us even in use of paper tissue with in the hote and threatened us, for being a visitor in Manali. Most important on new year eve after 10 pm,when we r in a good mood and enjoying new year party in DJ with in hotel. The most pathetic scean was created.
All hotel guset was leav the party as the whole hotel staff was drunked, and high with marijuana and other substance. We find all staff is like this only on all nights.
One gust from Delhi request to DG to play Hindi songs instead of local himachali songs, and was beaten by the hotel staff on new year Eve for this. About 20-30 drunken guys from age of 15 to 40 all start beating to this gust.
As we are also single guys (Without Family) we interviend to stop the fight and same thing happen to us. We had reported to police also,but nothing is happend on it. Instead police called us around 12.30am and asked us to come to pollce station at Kullu for making olive report.
They have no administration,no person is there to stop this scean from hotel. All labour class from cleaner, waiter, receptionist all are threatening us to to be kicked off from hotel at night, or shoot buy gun.
Request to spread the same to all so that same can't be happened again.
