Very Poor Standard Hotel for 3 star

We booked this 3 star hotel for 5 nights from Monday 2nd March 2026 as our flight to Doha was cancelled due to the flight suspension. We were given a deluxe room on the ground floor which was dark and unpleasant, so I asked for an upgrade and was charged 700 rupees per night extra on top of the 13,800 rupees already paid for a premium deluxe room on the first floor. This hotel does not have a lift either. Although the first floor room was ok, the bedding, pillows and towels had stains on them and were smelly, looked as though they were recycled from another hotel, the rooms were cleaned daily and bedding was changed, but to the same standard.
Breakfast was only served in your room, when they had a restaurant right next door ! When we asked for masala chai for two people, they repeatedly sent chai enough for one person. The cups and dishes were dirty, not washed properly, we had to use disposable cups. All in all, We will not stay here again, and I would not class this as a 3 star hotel to be honest !

Nice staff and good ambience food also good quality and budget frindly staff Samuel Jagdish
Amit the serve us our menu and nicely behave with us they are on point also rooms are neat and clean with nice view definitely I will recommend my friends and family

Nice stay nice location nice service and very much enjoying food good staff nice front dusk officer amazing stay.it was the great experience the service and taste was amazing especially the paneer chilly and chicken fried rice

Nice hotel with great service. One of the best budget friendly hotels I have ever come across worth it do visit n give q call to book to get tye best rates food is a bit expensive but nevertheless good service
