A recommended place and lovely stay

A great place to stay wuth family. My daughter was really enjoying her stay. Room are spacious, clean and hygienically prepared. Restaurant food & breakfast was yummy . I met Mr. Shiva once on the floor and is a nice professional. Lovely stay and recommended.

Nice Stay

This was my business trip, and I had a pleasant stay. The hotel room was neat and clean. The hotel manager Mr. Patel took great care of me throughout my stay. The staff was courteous and the service was excellent. Overall it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Safe environment

I arrived at the Hotel Late yesterday and Unfortunately there was a Breakdown of Security in delivery of my suitcase to my Room. Which Luckily didn't end My Holiday. Alex who is In-charge of Front counter Staff,Thoroughly looked into the Failures Today which contributed to this happening .
I am Very Happy with what he Must do with Security and Front counter Staff to Up there Skills making Sure Nothing is Out of Place. Working as a Team similar to how the Airport Security Works.
The breakfast Staff are very helpful and if you want to have something different on Offer it is Not a problem to Assist.
The Swimming pool has been repaired and the Water is a Comfortable temperature and depth to accommodate exercises.
Yes a Old place but they are improving bit by bit.
You will find the Hotel comfortable with Soft pillows as well

Rooms cleaning

Room cleaning done very well. Ragul is very very good . Food is also good.

noisy and moldy = not a pleasant stay

located on a busy noisy road in the back half of hospital building! Maybe good once but now old and dated with worn furniture, stained curtains and sheets and worse was rooms smelling strongly of mold = most of my tour group got sniffles and sneezes and itchy eyes that was consistent with mold spore allergy. could not recommend to stay.
