3* star hotel with awesome hospitality

Thank you Jayakumar sir(Hotel General manager) to make this trip memorable. It was undoubtly a 4 star hotel by getting the food and hospitality from hotel staff. Must visi hotel. One suggestion: Lunch buffet price should be reduced. We are coming again JAAG :-)

Pros:
The hotel offers a tasty breakfast, well-maintained and clean rooms, and a convenient location.
Cons:
This hotel feels more geared toward business travelers than families. Some amenities that are typically complimentary at other hotels come with additional charges here. For instance, we requested an early check-in just two hours ahead of the standard time, but it wasn’t offered without a fee. Basic toiletries were also limited — only a dental kit, a very small bottle of shampoo, and a small bar of soap were provided — and guests had to specifically request anything additional. In my view, essentials should be made available proactively, especially depending on the type of guest. Additionally, only a few staff members appeared genuinely enthusiastic about attending to guests, which affected the overall experience.
Overall, this hotel may be better suited for business travelers whose expenses are covered by their companies. For families or individual travelers paying out of pocket, it may not offer the best value. Since I am not a person who would like to bargain for chargeables (that are free in other hotels) or keep calling front desk for items not provided, I did not feel particularly welcomed during my stay.
So, I would go back to this hotel for its pros but, would consider an alternative that are more flexible in what they offer.

This has is just completed their contriction and they do not providd any amenities and there are no smoking rooms inside i feel the price is little bit higher when i see the roo

Very good property, Poor Maintenance

The location is nice being close to North Usman Road and providing easy access to various points in the city. The rooms are well appointed and food of good quality. But there are some issues regarding upkeep. The bathroom displays various types of insects in the night making it an entamologist's delight. The reception had issues with the printer which could not be fixed even in 24 hours. However, the staff are quite nice offering any kind of help within their limits. The wifi is strong and offered without any password.

It was a Pleasant Stay at Jaag Hotel & The Staff was very Helpful During Our Stay & Food was Nice As Well. House Keeping Done a Wonderful Work & Most of The Employees Was Humble & Ready to Serve You at Any of Time. Thank You
