Thanks to Mr. Ilen Jay (SEC EXE) and his Team for their great assistance and support for returning my missing trolley containing extremely valueable items, which has been mistankenly taken away by another guest.

Strong recommendation

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Chennai. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the overall service was truly exceptional. The staff were courteous, professional, and always ready to help, making the experience very pleasant.
A special appreciation to Ranganath for his outstanding hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. His warm attitude, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests truly reflect Hilton’s high standards of service.
Thank you, Hilton Chennai, and especially Ranganath, for making our visit such a great experience. I look forward to staying here again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chennai.

Very good experience

Hilton Chennai hotel is very clean and suitable. The staff are too kind and friendly. The food is nice and delicisious.
The hotel’s concierge service working perfectly. Specially, Vignesh P - he is very kind, flexible and operative for cab orders at any time (even for ad hoc orders).
The gym of the hotel is small but very clean and the good thing is not crowded too much - Vasant is very knowledgeable about exercises and equipments. He helped me a lot during my trainings with his guidance.
It was my second time at Hilton Chennai, and would love to be back to this lovely place

"We came in to celebrate a birthday with a table for two, and we were thoroughly impressed by the level of service. The entire team Thirumalesh, Sweety and Sanjana were attentive, polished, and extremely professional throughout our meal. Their attention to detail made our special occasion feel truly memorable. Stay at Hilton Chennai

Good food, excellent customer service (especially the staff at the entrance, reception & Vascos restaurant), convenient location. Fast laundry service (Dhanush was very helpful).
