Okeish…… location is good

This is very average hotel. Rooms were stinking. Not opted for food. The hotel got changed our room due to bad quality but all rooms were same. However location of the hotel is very good. If you are mostly travelling, this hotel is ok else avoid.

Overall an average stay

Got an early check-in and a complimentary room upgrade, which was a nice gesture.
I’ve been staying at this hotel since before COVID, mainly because it’s close to Hazratganj and Dastarkhwan.
However, this time I noticed some issues:
Room had quite a bit of dust, and the shelves in the cupboard seemed like they hadn’t been wiped in ages.
Only a dark curtain was provided—no lighter curtain to let natural light in.
Hair dryer overheated and stopped working within 2 minutes.
Breakfast buffet was limited but good in taste; however, I spotted small flies over the fruits and sandwiches.
On the positive side, the housekeeping staff was prompt and responsive.
Overall: The hotel needs more attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and small maintenance details to match the otherwise good location and service.

Pathetic

Except the room nothing works here, front desk don't pick the calls, IRD don't respond, you have to go to the reception to collect dental kit as HK dept is very busy. And if you reach 30mins late for Breakfast they will serve you only tea …READ MORE

A Nice and Comfortable Stay

It is a nice and comfortable stay with spacious and well maintained rooms. The food served in the restaurant is also great, although it is costly. The location is great and public transportation is readily available from the hotel. The main places of tourist interest are also not very far.

Best hotel to stay with reasonable price, also food is good, good service, good cleanliness ,very soft mattress , peacefull sleep, what else you want?
