Superb stay!!!

Stayed four nights with my film crew of twenty at this fantastic property. It was like being home away from home!!!!! Very comfortable rooms with crisp and fresh linen, hospitable staff. The mother-son duo who run the property kept an eye on everything. They were genuinely polite, understanding and sincere. The last evening of our stay, they treated all of us to samosas.
Comfortably priced, I would advise all guests to stay here. The cook Ramesh is comparable to any Michelin starred chef......

Hotel executive Hazratganj, Lucknow

We booked going by the pics on the OYO website. It was a terrible mistake. This is a FLAGSHIP OYO hotel: a ramshackle place with filthy rooms, chipped furniture, and a bathroom straight out of a nightmare. The toilet bowl was stained and the seat had a mind of its own.
The unmatched curtains were an eyesore but were about the best thing in a room so dirty it was unbelievable! No towels- the explanation given being that guests were stealing them!
The fan had so much dusty scum on it, it was scary!
Since a picture is worth a thousand words, here goes several mouthfuls!

Shabby and Poorly Managed OYO

I stayed, with my friend, at the OYO flagship 15791 Hotel. It was, once, an executive club. Since the location is good people, booking online, fall for this shabby and poorly managed place.
Those looking after the guests staying there are unprofessional, untrained, and seems to be out of place!

Very dirty rooms and bathrooms

No geyser
No exhaust in washroom
Very dirty linen and curtains literally 1 cm.thick duct on them....
......not worthful of stay for humans....
Horse keeping can be tried instead in this pathetic hotel.,.. and it's a shame for Oyo

Better avoid this chain

We stayed here for 1 night while returning from Allahabad. The room was just okay. In spite of our telling the counter staff that we were very hungry, the check in took a long time. The sleep quality was okay but I have a few suggestions - 1) the bathroom does not having the shower area clearly demarcated as a result, the whole bathroom becomes wet when you take a shower, 2) After our repeated requests the breakfast was served only at 8.30 am. Even a cup of tea was not available as a result it took us very long time to get out of Lucknow. There should be provision of tea at least so that if the guest wants to check out at 6 am or even earlier he is able to do so. Overall not a very nice experience.
