All good but there was a confusion about breakfast. Hotel staff told me that breakfast was not included but when I booked it clearly says breakfast included. Someone the hotel.com communication with Grand hotel did not mention about free breakfast. This caused confusion and time. When sending communication to the hotel please mention about breakfast is included. This will help the process. Please clarify why this confusion.

Brand new hotel with modern amenities and close to activities. We stayed at grand suite and it was awesome

All in all we enjoyed our stay very much.

The first impression was very good. Friendly service, clean rooms, comfortable, relaxing atmosphere and tasty food. Easy access to the shops. Will definitely stay here again.

It was pretty good with this hotel.
Good food and location

It is very neat and reception receiving is good with welcome drink

Food should be somewhat spicy i feel.
