Awesome place

This is very familiar in kollam.we are so happy to spending time on there.we are stay above three days.The have great customer service and good food with variety tasty and yummy.The have great view rooms this is attractive place for the foreigners.

I had visited this hotel for official trip. The hotel destination was excellent. The hotel was located nearby the railway station. The hotel building was newly renovated. There was no delay in check in and checkout. The service was provided on time. AC, TV and geyser was provided in the room. The behaviour of staff’s was good. The allotted room was spacious and clean. All types of food were available in the hotel. The activity was not conducted by the hotel.

Excellent place with greedy staff for demanding tips

I am a regular visitor to the beer parlor when I reach India for my vacation.. this time I visited with my friend as usual all went well. The waiter who was new this time brought me the bill it was 660 rs . I gave 700 and waited for the balance and need to ask him for it. He gave me back the balance, as usual I gave the waiter 10 as tip he returned to me and telling it's onam ... such a greedy man, if any one goes there ensure not to take service from the waiter who is black with spectacle. He doesn't know how to behave if we don't give tips as he likes, but the old staffs are gentle and polite with the guest.
