Great hotel to feel Osho

The hotel owner, manager and staff also adored Osho, so we had a good conversation and were able to stay with peace of mind. Osho’s words and photos are framed on the walls of the hotel’s hallways, so you can feel him during your stay. The staff are all friendly and kind to talk to you, and you will feel comfortable. The rooms are beautiful and the food is delicious! It is a location where you can walk to the temples of the Western group. It is a very recommended hotel.

I think this hotel is more valuable than most of hotels in India for a $25 per night. I got what I want and spend a wonderful time there

Can do better.

There's nothing egregiously bad about the hotel but really it's just not great. The rooms are big but badly laid out with mix-and-match furniture that doesn't make good use of the space and makes it feel cramped and uncomfortable.
One of the bathrooms had mold. But otherwise the rooms and bedding etc were clean.
They're quite a mismanaged operation - room cleaning happens at some irregular schedule, they don't pay attention when replenishing the tea/coffee setups, drinking water is provided by the kitchen but the tea/coffee arrangements are by the reception.. so you come back tired looking forward to a cup of tea in your room and then have to make 2 different phone calls to get what you need.
The TV sound was not working in one of our rooms. We had to remind them 7-8 times over 3 days to finally get it repaired on the last day of our stay. We asked for an iron and didn't get it until the next day after almost pleading for it.
The staff is sweet and friendly but they make such a ruckus shouting across the property to talk to each other. Also they hover incessantly until you tip them and it's a little annoying.
The breakfast is really not worth recommending unless you stick to the basic simple eggs to order. The pancakes were undercooked crepes, the french toast was hardly had any batter or taste. The omletes were okay. They had orange juice the first day and then never again.
The location is very convenient. It's walking distance from the western temples and the dance festival entrance. Couldn't be better.
We went during the dance festival week so prices were understandably inflated. If you get a good deal on the price otherwise and aren't too fussy about odd furniture and chaotic housekeeping, this could be an okay stay.
Overall for us it was an underwhelming stay.

One staff member was rude

All staff were lovely except for one man (who wore his cap backwards). At breakfast every morning he kept trying to get us to use his tuk tuk, go to his house to experience real cooking etc. It was relentless. Everytime we left our room he was there trying to get us to buy a massage or go on a trip with him. India is a difficult place to visit if you are white skinned as you are seen as rich so everyone hassles you constantly. You hope that when you get to your hotel you can relax but this one staff member ruined our experience of this hotel. On our last breakfast he became quite rude and hostile. All others staff were lovely and very helpful. The hotel is beautiful

Excellent!!

Harmony is a cozy retreat in magnificent Khajuraho. The staff is very, very friendly. I would especially like to thank Dinesh, who spared no effort in giving us excellent information. In addition, we had the blessing of meeting the owner, Swami Ganga, who, with great warmth and openness, shares precious teachings about the meaning of the temples of Khajuraho. More than just a stay, it was an incredible experience.
