Living a bit of heaven!!!

One in a million kinda experience . It felt like living in heaven.
Best part with limited number of units the privileges are so unique. All requests are taken care at the drop of a hat.
Commute… awesome … open ur door and u have a buggy awaiting to take u places within property.
Special mention Bopanna, the guy who conducted the evening events. So engaging and entertaining
The best bday celebrated in years.

Wonderful stay at astralis

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort. The property is well-maintained, and the staff were extremely warm and hospitable throughout our visit. A special thanks to Bopanna for organizing such a fun and entertaining activity—we thoroughly enjoyed it! Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

Scenic Retreat with Great Potential, But Service Needs Improvement

We stayed at Astralis as a family of six and booked three Highland Suites for our stay. The property is set in a beautiful location, and the suites offered stunning views that made for a peaceful getaway. The natural surroundings are serene and are undoubtedly the biggest highlight of the resort.
The Highland Suites were spacious, comfortable, and well-designed, making our stay pleasant from an accommodation standpoint. The in-room jacuzzi was a lovely touch and one of the highlights of the suite—it was incredibly relaxing after a day of exploring. Combined with the stunning views, the suites offered a very peaceful and comfortable stay.
The facilities were a mixed bag. Since we visited during the monsoon, we couldn’t make use of the outdoor activities like volleyball, pickleball, and other recreational facilities. However, the indoor games room was well maintained, and we had a great time playing table tennis, carrom, and pool. The gym, on the other hand, was very poorly equipped with limited equipment, which was disappointing for a resort in this category. Although I didn’t use the spa, the ambience from the outside didn’t have the relaxing and welcoming feel that you’d usually expect from a luxury resort spa.
Dining was another area that needs improvement. The restaurant had a fairly limited menu, and while the food was decent, it didn’t match the standards expected from a premium resort.
The biggest drawback, however, was the service. Requests took longer than expected, and the overall hospitality lacked the warmth, attentiveness, and polish that define a true 5-star experience.
Astralis has an excellent location, beautiful views, and a lot of potential. With improvements in service, dining, and facilities, it could become a fantastic destination.

All experience, product, or service was excellent, perfect, and met all expectations. It shows that the customer is completely happy and satisfie t special Guest experience manager Prashanth.
