Fraudulent Charges AVOID THIS HOTEL.
I have travelled extensively and stayed at hotels across the world — this is by far the most unprofessional, exploitative, and fraudulent experience I have encountered. AVOID THIS HOTEL.
Upon checkout, the hotel reception staff — a person — charged me INR 1,500 citing "bed sheet damage." This charge was more than my entire room rent for the night. A minor stain on a bed sheet is a standard cleaning matter, NOT property damage. Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, charging a guest disproportionate amounts for normal wear and use constitutes an unfair trade practice. Most alarmingly, He collected this INR 1,500 on a personal Paytm scanner named SAHIL — NOT the hotel's official payment account. No official hotel receipt was issued for this payment. I was told I could NOT check out until a hotel staff member physically inspected my room. Guests have no legal obligation to wait for room inspection before departure. This amounts to wrongful detention and is a violation of guest rights under Indian hospitality and consumer laws.

Miss Behavior with Guest
We have single occupancy booking allowed but reception boy provided double occupancy room to me and said that we have this room.
When I told him that I have booked single occupancy, he became hyper on me, I think this is not sense.
If Leela Grand feels that we should not stay here then there is no problem, but don't do anything wrong with the guest.
All this is wrong.

Best hotel luxurious rooms
Rooms are luxurious and tidy and washrooms are also neat and clean staff is excellent and food is also awesome the property is well maintained and all staff is alert and goes out of the way to provide best services and facilities
Recommend Leela Grande to all.
