The Great Value For Money Restaurant and Banquet

The best value for money restaurant I have ever seen.
Best Food, Best Service, proper cleanliness, Great Staff.
I must recommend everyone to try this restaurant and you will fall in love with it's yummy food and great rooms.
Breakfast, lunch and Dinner everything is just yum

Lack of service oriented mindset and clear communication

Hotel location and price is fair enough the rooms are very good and spacious the air conditioning is very good
But the reason of 2 star is just because of the staff behaviour,poor communication and lack of common sense and communication
Atleast you should have proper communication between the staffs and most importantly always keep your guest informed rather than letting them begging for each and everything. Extra pillows take 3 hours and my booking was with a group
So if extra bed was not being provided it could have been informed in the first place and not on the 4th request since there might be senior citizens or under-medication guest travelling along with the group.
Good job for the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel but be please work for the improvement of you service level.

Bad experience

The room was good and decent. But when it came to food it was disappointing. My family had ordered a simple bread jam/omelet for breakfast. We were given black mouldy bread. Seriously did not expect this. Two people were there who served the food. Don't know if they were expecting us to ignore the mouldy bread and eat the rest. Would definitely NOT recommend the food here.

Decent Mid range Budget Hotel in Jodhpur

Stayed in this Hotel for 1 night - 25th Oct as part of tour organized by Gandhi Travels Vadodara. Room service was good. staff was polite and courteous. website says 24 hours hot water but when we checked in at 11pm, we were told that Hot water is available only in morning. otherwise a budget mid range hotel with all amenities

Nice arrangements by staff good service enjoyed in a party & wish to be again here quality food served nicely kept all things deliciously prepared i liked the food stuff quality & also sound light music.
