Wonderful stay !

I had a wonderful stay at Souvenir Pepermint⁩ Bani Park. The food and hospitality were excellent, and the staff made my stay very comfortable. A special thanks to GM Saheb, who was extremely welcoming and went out of his way to take care of my stay and breakfast requirements with great attention. Truly appreciate the excellent service.

I had the worst experience at Hotel Souvenir Peppermint during my stay with a group of 28 people, including couples and children. We requested the receptionist for adjoining rooms to accommodate everyone, but instead of helping, the receptionist was loud, rude, and disrespectful. The manner in which he spoke made us feel extremely uncomfortable and disrespected.
Upon entering the room, there was a strong, unpleasant smell, and the towels were dirty. At around 10 pm, I called for room service to ask for some mineral water, but the reception person rudely told me that they don’t have any and could not send a glass because the restaurant was closed. The water they left in the room tasted awful and smelled horrible.
Breakfast was another disappointment. The staff was rude, and the breakfast menu was extremely poor. The food quality was awful, and the overall maintenance of the hotel was non-existent.
I regret choosing this hotel and would strongly advise others not to waste their money here. From the service, quality, ambiance, and maintenance, everything was a complete disaster. I would rate this hotel 0 out of 100. Please do yourself a favor and avoid staying here!

Not recommended for stay with family

Our stay at this hotel was very uncomfortable. We reached this hotel at around 1:30 AM and till around 4:30 AM in the morning, the other guests on our floor kept making noise and despite our compliant staff did nothing.
As a result, my children could not sleep till around 5:00 AM in the morning !
Intercom was not working and when we complained at the reception, they said “how will we rectify things until you tell us”, which means that room was not checked before being allotted to us !!
Next day morning, the person managing breakfast was pretty rude and I could not get a glass of hot water to drink despite asking for it multiple times.
Quality of food too was not good !!

Nonsense and educated Staff

The staff GM level person dose not sence how to talk with other. One of the disgusting staff I ever seen. Just take lessons from this review that a how much a good behaviour important especially if you r in hospitality fields. Most uneducated staff if you can find anywhere it's there only

Third class staff And 1 star property

One of The worst hotel ever their hirger management people can not have sence how to talk . And they think that are the only right person. Third class attitude,0 % sence of humour. Avoid this place always because of their staff. Their staff should know how to talk especially their GM
