Had a wonderful experience
A special appreciation to Devyani, Deepika, and Vishvas from the Front Office for their professionalism, warm smiles, and excellent assistance throughout my stay. They made me feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of.
A big thank you to Abdullah from the Restaurant for his attentive service and friendly approach. His hospitality made my dining experience even more enjoyable.
I would also like to appreciate Sudhanshu from the Security Department for being courteous, helpful, and ensuring a safe and comfortable experience.
Overall, an exceptional experience with a wonderful team. I would definitely recommend this palace hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay filled with royal hospitality and personalized service.

Memorable stay
Hriday at the Front Office did our check-in very nicely.
Rajendra Ji and Manoj ,Jai Singh from Housekeeping decorated our room very beautifully.
Bhanu and Rohit offered us a bouquet and cake.from f&b.
Vikram Ji took great care of our food in the restaurant.
Deepak Ji took great care of us on the pool side.
Shiv Mathur, Front Office Manager, took care of us and also gave us a return gift.
Aslam, Gaurav, Surendra, dhoop Singh, Raju - all of you took very good care of us. All are very good people.
And I wish them all the best for their future. We used all the facilities and amenities there. The property is heritage property and we spent a very good time there, a memorable time of our life.

Pratigya served us food with a lovely smile . Loved interacting with her
Chef shobhit made such delicious Sahi kababs . Would definitely recommend that .

Exceptional Hospitality at Jai Mahal Palace
When we reached the hotel, we were welcomed like Maharajas at the reception. The check-in experience was smooth, comfortable, and exceptionally well managed by Mr. Sumer, who made us feel truly special.
Our experience became even more memorable because of the incredible room service and hospitality provided by Mr. Imran, Mr. Aslam, and Mr. Mathur. Their warmth and personal attention made us feel as though we were members of their own family. At no point did we feel like strangers in the hotel.
The entire team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Their hospitality was truly extraordinary, and their dedication deserves special appreciation.
My special recommendation to anyone visiting Jai Mahal Palace: please do meet and connect with Mr. Aslam, Mr. Mathur, and the wonderful team. You will experience hospitality that goes far beyond expectations.
