Reception on arrival at hotel was excellent.
The staff are excellent, well trained and attentive, well done.
Overall i would say hotel a reasonable to good 5 star property which is value for money paid.
Only issue we had was the balcony of the rooms have lots of bird droppings on them.
We asked to be moved rooms and this was done promptly. The rooms are spacious and reasonanly attractive.

2. Had to remind multiple times for welcome drink, slippers, tea bags
3. Very dirty balconies, had to separately request for cleaning
4. Was locked out of room for couple of hours due to faulty lock, and everyone just passed me from one person to another to have it fixed
5. Worst part - terrible restaurants: lack of variety, pathetic service, left over dishes from dinner are kept in breakfast

This place is far out from most places, but not too costly in a taxi.
Would highly recommend.
