Magic.

Although not residents we first had an aperitif and then had dinner at sunset by the pool.
Enchanted atmosphere with unusual architecture that evokes the splendor of maximum splendor, a blast from the past, attentive and helpful service, excellent dishes.
Serve with care and extreme kindness.

Excellent! I recommend

This is an establishment that I really recommend, for its professionalism, the comfort of the hotel, the beds are of very very great comfort. Breakfast is delicious. It is very well placed! View of the water palace. For a completely correct price! The team is really adorable!

Good Experience

Good and decent hotel to stay with Family. Breakfast items could be they can work on.
Pros-
1. Jal Mahal is just a walking distance
2. Rooms are neat clean and spacious.
Cons -
1. Need to work on services
2. Scope is there in the breakfast menu.

Magical stay!

Exemplary vacation amongst idyllic surroundings! We had a wonderful stay with fabulous hospitality, especially Kaustav’s special touches in the restaurant, Iqbal the boatman and Vinayak in Sales & Marketing who coordinated with the other palace hotels to manage our stay while trying to fit in their marriage bookings. The warmth and genuine hospitality sets this hotel in a class apart!

All show , no Substance

Two stars only for the facilities. Otherwise this is a horrible place to stay. The feeling of harmony and Athithi Devo Bhavah was completely out of the window . Plus the staff need some hospitality training. Bad place to be honestly.
