Smelly rooms & cockroaches on pillow and bed

Terrible staff on the reception, my room stunk horribly. I complained and obviously no action was taken.
To top it all, there was a cockroach on my bed and my pillow. But, the staff is the worst of the situations to meet in the hotels. We tried speaking to the staff and they literally had the audacity to tell us off and being with the family who booked 6 rooms they couldn’t care less. If you find a cockroach on bed and the staff is as pathetic as theirs, there’s not much you could do about it.

DJ party on dirty sheets

If you want to hear people partying outside your room - when you try to sleep - go to this place. It will perfectly ruin your day.
Loud music, dirty bedsheets, ready to fight staff . They dont care if you come back or not; they just want your money and leave you to your room .

Budget Hotel !

Good for a night stay. Place is predominantly budget type with bare minimum amenities and facilities unlike few other high-end hotel in the FAB brand. With some renovation and customer oriented staff training, this place move up by few notches. Booking Online via third party portals can fetch you some discount rather than booking at the counter directly. Overall, No unpleasant experience can itself be a delight in hotels like these.

Nasty Experience

I travelled with my spouse and while checking-in the hotel staff had extremely rude behaviour towards us since we are an inter-religion couple. Post marriage neither of us have changed our surname by choice. We were asked for our marriage certificate as proof. I really want to understand who travels with marriage certificate in hand and what century are we staying in. I travel quite a lot in all hotels, big and small and in India and abroad, but this was definitely the most distasteful experience ever. Not to mention that my room did not look clean and floor seemed sticky which they said was how the flooring was.

Okay medium class budget friendly

We found this place good enough - in a small town like Indore there were no high end rooms available over Christmas anymore - so we had to compromise. Apart from initial concern on cleanliness and freshness of bed linen and bathroom after some requests this was amended and improved to an acceptable level. Considering price it is okay and can be considered ok for visiting Indore briefly when having a busy schedule and only staying in hotel for sleep and sometimes breakfast . We had a great driver ( organised via airport ) to make the stay really easy - so that made up for the lack of luxury here. I would recommend some quality hospitality training if greater improvement is aimed . Staff sleeping in the restaurant and midnight noises by singing bar tenders would best be avoided if further recognition is really wanted.
