Amazing and exceptionally beautiful property
As I write this review, I’m sitting on my balcony, completely relaxed, soaking in the breathtaking view of the Betul Lighthouse perched on the cliff, overlooking the confluence of the Sal River and the Arabian Sea. It is a view that perfectly captures the essence of what makes Neemrana Three Waters so special.
Neemrana Three Waters is unlike anything I have experienced in Goa. This is not just a place to stay—it is a place that gently compels you to slow down, unwind, and reconnect with nature. The serene surroundings, stunning vistas, and peaceful atmosphere make it a truly unique retreat.
What elevates the experience even further is the warmth and hospitality of the entire team. A special mention goes to the ever-smiling Manager, Kosal Ji, along with Shylo, Sonia, Ricky, and the rest of the staff. Their genuine care and attentiveness made our stay exceptionally comfortable and memorable. In fact, we are already planning another trip to Goa, largely because we want to return to this wonderful property.
The culinary experience deserves equal praise. Every meal prepared by Chef Vijay was simply scrumptious, thoughtfully crafted, and full of flavor.
If you are considering a stay here, my recommendation is simple: book it. You will not regret it. Come for the spectacular views, stay for the tranquility, and leave with memories of the warm hospitality that defines Neemrana Three Waters.

Fantastic location a total zenn experience
The location, the staff and the hotel itself are fantastic! Very friendly and helpful staff.
The rooms are very clean and spacious. All equipped with toothpaste tem conditioner. There are also booties provided.

Comfortable, happy stay close to nature
The heritage hotel has an old world charm, lush greenery around and beautiful river views. The food is excellent. All the staff - Yadav, Shilo, Vijay, Brenda, Surinder, Nirma, Ricky, Mathew and Manoj - are polite and helpful. My wife Archana and I stayed for 4 nights. Our stay was very comfortable and happy. We look forward to visiting Neemrana "Three Waters" again.

I will say Neemrana Three waters resort in Betul which is a part of newly formed Kushavati District is the best resort
Couldn’t have chosen a better place for a weekend retreat. It was great to relax at the pool, and the rooms were not only clean but also comfortable. I truly appreciate the views of the river and hills from the balcony. Our children enjoyed themselves very much in the rooms balcony and in the swimming pool. The rooms were more than enough for us, and the cleaning staff kept everything tidy. The front office staff and Manager was very cooperative. The breakfast and food at their restaurant was yummy. They maintained cleanliness everywhere. Their is a small shell museum in the restaurant area which is quite good.
I will absolutely return during the next school break.
