there is very good space or Silent for discussion. meeting done with good atmosphere. taste food as we'll.good meet Hall.with nice sound system. gathering capacity of hall is allso good.. manly cooling of hall is great..

Poor Management

Advance paid on account of room booking from 26th to 28th April 2020, but due to Covid-19 i had to cancel the booking and same was communicated in advance, Now the hotel management is reluctant to refund the advance despite several commitments by the management. Also Manager Mr Alam is really rude and doesn't know how to behave with customers. Its been more than 2 months now i'm still chasing the management for my refund.

BAD FOOD AND SERVICE IN RESTURANT

Hii,
My Dinning Experience at restaurant of Hotel AVLON Durg.
On 9th Dec’18, myself alongwith few guests went for a Lunch at the restaurant of Hotel Avlon Durg.
We reached at the restaurant around 1:30 in the afternoon.
Before we could place the order the order-taker announced that Tandoor is not yet ready hence Starters and Soups (?) can not be served. His stance and sudden announcement was nothing but rude which gave us a feeling that we were not welcomed.
Anyways, we decided to order as per his suggestion. To our surprise he accepted the order for Tandoori Roti and Nan.
The food was served by a shabbily dressed boy in shirt with few buttons open in a very unprofessional manner. The Appearance of Salad, and other Dishes and the taste gave us an impression that the food is outsourced from a road-side Dhaaba. (Pic of the Salad Plate is given here).
We were escorted by a waitress to Reception Counter for making the payment through Card. The Girl there was busy on her mobile and handed over the POS (to the waitress) and gestured us to make the payment in the restaurant itself since she was busy on her mobile. The waitress went back to the restaurant and came back after a while and again asked the receptionist to complete the transaction. Finally the receptionist process the payment and we walked out of the Hotel.
If I am to rate the service of the hotel I would prefer to rate it negatively and will not recommend to anyone.

Good one but food a bit expensive

There r plenty of rooms, standard & suite..range below 2k..hotel hav central AC & geysar...sealed from top..Suntime felt suffocated...standard rooms r ok but not spacious. Variety of foods available but a bit costly..

Hotel food both r good it's hs nice interior 4 restaurant wall covered by corks elegant fragrance suitable place 4 meeting...get together it's ausummm.....it's required to improve there services.....3 out of 5 good options near by railway station & malviya nagar
