Friendly and helpful staffs.

I along with 5 other friends stayed here for 2 weeks and we thoroughly enjoyed. The staffs were extremely helpful ,courteous,welcoming and friendly also the food is amazing. We were served delicious meals throughout our stay. Would highly recommend people to experience the wonderful service provided by the guys out there. We truly appreciate everything you guys did in making our stay comfortable.

Average stay, but great location

The hotel is located in the heart of the city (near Clock Tower), which is the best thing about the hotel. All staff members are very polite and hospitable, especially Jongmei from the restaurant team. However, food quality isn't great. Breakfast is complimentary but you need to select items and order, and accordingly they prepare those items. We didn't get tea/coffee/milk sachet in the room. They have a spa and salon service as well. Washroom is a little small. There was an issue with the washroom tap in our room, and we lost a couple of hours to get that fixed. The hotel should have checked it before allotting the room.

A average property with decent service.

I have stayed in the property once during my visit at dimpaur. The rooms were clean, the bed quality needs improvement, Veg Food options are very limited.
The staff was very helpful although they hardly understand Hindi but are good in service to make sure the stay remains comfortable, Further the options are already limited to stay at Dimapur.

Worst stay and worst service

I was an buisness tour and this hotel is booked through corporate portal and this is my worst stay
TV not working means it's was not connected to settopbox also
They knowingly given me this room 505 and after complaints no solution given
Not recommended for buisness travel .

Table mats were filled with Dal stains and no one to notice , after being called and notified the service team not even showed empathy ,instead changed with another one with a different stain, restaurant manager didn't even showed up, service crew was not attending the table but only during food service, AC was cold so as the grilled item which was served ordered thai veg red curry, was not even matching the original taste, visible glass dining tables chipped,
Wash room was smelling, service staff seemed not much attentive,
Won't Recommend
