The information provided on Booking.com is misleading about this property.Do not book unless you are left with no option

The Rooms are small compared to the images shown on Booking.com. The Manager took advance and when we reached we found the rooms to be smaller. The AC was not working properly. When complained, they did not entertain and by saying that our doors are kept open hence there is no cooling, whereas the AC was not working. The complimentary breakfast , we order for four plate of bread omelette and four plates of puri sabji. They served us eight plates of bread omelette and also served four plates of puri sabji by saying that it was chargeable and we will have to take take it. There are many such instances during our stay which occurred with the hotel staffs having rude behaviour. Bottom line is please do not book this property ever. It will be an waste of your money. Real bad experience. I am taking up this matter with the Booking.com and with the Ministry of Tourism.
