Worst Hotel EVER

Stayed here 3 nights.. Firstly it's down a tiny alleyway , which at the moment isma building yard full of rubble. They owners just blamed the Government for Doing drainage work... The first thing you get is asked for full Payment of the room and they tried to add Tax on top even though it said included on Booking.com.,. The room they gave inserted OK at first, until we tried to use the electric Shower that wouldn't work...! So they moved us to another room 2 flights up... The " deluxe Room " is meant to have a kitchenette, Not there , a kettle and tea making stuff , also Not there , an iron and Bathrobes, again none...
This wasn't that important in the grand scheme of life, But the noise from upstairs and Next door was awful.... I complained to the night Manager and he looked at me like I was crazy for being annoyed , in the end I had to take matters in my own hands and had to go upstairs and ask the guys to keep the noise down.... Second night the same the man next door on the phone shouting and the TV Blaring away till gone midnight.. the 3 night I lost it with the guy in reception and he came up and asked the group of men , who replaced shouty phone man to keep the noise down , it didn't work and it carried on till about 1.30 am!!!! The Owners have no control of the guests and no respect for the ones who are being quiet and just want to sleep.... This is truly the Worst place I have ever Stayed in!!!!!

Not good experience

Mu experience was not in good in this place. They need to improve a lot. Service is not good, in this same price you can get good service in other hotel. Room was not clean. Toilet was very small. Even wifi was slow.

Worse hotel management

We stayed in that hotel for about six(6) days in a 3 bed AC room. The miss management starts from the 1st day. When we arrived in that hotel from Ajmer we did not told us that there were no Ac room free. They waited us 3hrs by telling us lie.they will shut down the AC every day at 6am till 12am. U cant sleep in that time. In that 6days they did not clean our room a single time,dirty wash room, room service boys steal money from us . Hotel is not in a good location. I will never go to this hotel.

Poor Service

Pahar Ganj Area in New delhi is known as Hotel's area. Hotel Dollar Inn is located in Pahar Ganj. I stayed here 2 nights. I feel This hotel is very poor in overall service. Rooms are average. Not maintained well. Toilet is not so much hygienic. Front office staff are bold. Why staying here? Chose another one...

Příšerný hotel!

Jestli se chcete v noci vyspat vyhněte se tomuto hotelu. Strávili jsme tu jen jednu noc ale i to bylo hodně. Po půl hodině hledání, pomoci místních a třech telefonátech do hotelu jsme konečně našli vstup do hotelu. Hned při vstupu po nás chtěli zrušit rezervaci, kterou jsme měli přes booking.com, jinak že nám napočítají nějaký poplatek. Měli jsme tam být jen jednu noc tak jsme nakonec souhlasili. Zaplatit chtěli předem, asi tušili, že pak už bychom zaplatit nechtěli. Personál taky nebyl nějak příjemný. Jediné pozitivní bylo, že pokoj byl pěkný a čistý. Netekla tam však teplá voda. Problém nastal až v noci. V hotelu je úplně vše slyšet. Takže pobíhání lidí po chodbě, řvaní ostatních hostů a dokonce i zvracení člověka z vedlejšího pokoje. To vše bez přestání celou noc. Člověk se nemá absolutně šanci vyspat. Celkově nedoporučuji a píši hodnocení sem, protože na booking.com po zrušení rezervace již nelze napsat hodnocení. A tak nejspíš další chudáci naletí a rezervují tento hotel.
