Comfortable peaceful and clean stay near Mindrolling monestry, in Clement Town.
Like a dew drop sits on a leaf peacefully, our stay here gave the similar feeling. It was more than a home. It's a beautiful 2 floor residence with open terrace and roof top garden overlooking the biggest monestry of India, Mindrolling monestry and Rajaji National Park. The property sits quietly in the neighborhood of Clement town, one of beautiful localities of dehradun. Walking distance from Monestry, Tibetan restaurants and shops. It's the most peaceful place in the town.
Property tour:
It has 3 bedrooms with an attached toilet. The 3 rooms having 1 double bed, 4 single beds, 2 single beds respectively, which are super clean to walk barefoot. With utilities like cooler, iron table, wasing machine, water purifier, microwave in kitchen and terrace garden with tent, swing, coffee table, bean bag and many varity of plants decorated beautifully, will make you love this place so much that you will want to stay here forever.
There's a small library shelf with amazing books you can enjoy sitting in the couch or while having your breakfast in your dining table in the hall or take them to the swing or read them inside the tent.

While giving a tour through the property one can not miss mentioning about the most humble owner of this beautiful property. Humble, wise and friendly couple owner made our stay memorable. They are one of the prime reasons, that whenever we are in Dehradun we will stay in this place only.

Number 9 is divine!!
The place is very quaint and lovely, with a beautiful rooftop garden and just rightly located in clement town. The temperature is low enough in the evenings and a fan at night is sufficient. By morning I felt like I was in AC room. I had a wonderful conversation with the friendliest owner and he helped me with everything that I needed to know. His name is Umesh and feel free to ask him how he came up with the name of the place?
That said, everything is walking distance from this place, you can get a bike on rent if you wanna explore far off places. Clement town seems to be the hub for youth and aspiring students and perhaps that's why it's full of cafe's.
The Tibetan market and Buddha temple is also walking distance. The forest is nearby too. Seriously, this might be perhaps the best place to stay in while in Dehradun. Green, full of vigour and sweet at heart. I keep traveling and I always like to say things honestly while I review them. And honestly, I'll be coming back here again and again.
