Great views - decent stay

The place offers good views of the city and the valley, which is the best part about this. Other than that the hotel is above average in terms of staff behaviour, food taste & quality and housekeeping.
Worth booking if you are getting a good deal.

Hotel Staff was super .... excellent behavior & helpful .

Room was very small , even toilet also very very small , felt uncomfortable.
As per price concerns not comfortable room.
After changing the premium room then my stays was little bit comfortable.

Recommended Stay for Families

Our stay at Hotel Viceroy, was truly comfortable and memorable. The hotel offers warm hospitality with extremely polite and helpful staff.
The food quality was excellent with an awesome variety in the menu, thoughtfully designed to suit children as well as senior citizens. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and satisfying.
The hotel’s premium location near the market is another major advantage, making it very convenient for shopping and exploring the surroundings. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend Hotel Viceroy for a pleasant family stay in Darjeeling.
