WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY TRAVELLING
I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and was extremely disappointed. The staff and management clearly do not care about customer satisfaction—only about taking your money. The pillows were cheap and uncomfortably hard. I asked them to clean the room, but nothing was done.
There were no complementary items—not even a basic water bottle. When I booked a specific room online, they claimed it wasn't available when I arrived and tried to give me a different one. I also ordered food, and it took over an hour to arrive. I'm not even sure if they have a restaurant or just bring food from outside.
Overall, very poor service and facilities. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
