Great ambience with very well maintained premises, staff is very polite and co-operative, especially the food,really very palatable. One of the best place to be at darjeeling at budgeted price. Near to the clock tower just 2 minutes walking distance.

Very poor

Hotel Dolma ( Darjeeling)
Very disappointing experience. The behavior and attitude of the manager, Mr. Arvind, were extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. The food was average, and the rooms were also below expectations. Overall, the hotel seems to lack a basic understanding of hospitality and customer service. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.

Good clean basic hotel

A nice but basic hotel situated quite close and within walking distance to the centre of town. Good sized bedrooms which were clean with a comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and made every effort to make my say a good one. Breakfast had good variety to choose from. Great for a short stay.

Very average hotel

A very average hotel close to the MG road. The climb to the hotel is a bit steep. The hotel is very basic and good for short stays only. We went there as a last minute booking due to road closure in Sikkim, but certainly better options may be available.

Experience

I had gone for college tour, the room was very clean and felt very inviting in the lobby by the essence of the fragrance of the incense burner. The staff were really friendly and polite and had a good knowledge about the place.
Teas and coffees were refillable and the dinner was scrumptious and few things could be added according to your choice, please meet the manager of the hotel they are the sweetest one. Meet Alex and his team who take care of you and serve you well.
The hotel is close to the shopping center and Chowrasta which is the street and the the Ghantaghar of Darjeeling which is a clocktower.
This is my last year in the college so, would visit this place again with my family after the graduation.
Worth staying.
