Ok place for overnight stay

I got stuck late in coimbatore because of a important meeting. I had not planned to stay back and was left with no option but to get into a hotel for the night. This hotel is located near the Gandhipuram bus stand and hence I chose to stay here. This hotel is quite old and I have seen it many times and hence decided to take my chances here. There are thousands of such hotels on the street, but I took a chance here and was not too disappointed. The rooms were very clean and quite spacious. The toilets too were clean. The staff were very friendly and helped in all possible ways to make my overnight stay as comfortable as possible. The best part is that the hotel has a large car park which is not available in most upscale hotels in this area. The price was also well below 1000 INR and what more could I ask for. The drawback however is that there is no restaurant t in the hotel and therefore no complimentary breakfast. But who cares? There are several fantastic restaurants in the streets nearby.
