Excellent hospitality, great experience
Town house is a 20 year old building that's been renovated for homestays. We tool time finding the place, but once we got there, we didn't mind the hunt for the location. The rooms are tastefully done, and offer a cozy respite in the city. The staff is exceptional in their hospitality and functioning. A big thumbs up for the place from my wife and me.

Absolute Waste of Money – Avoid at All Costs!
This was hands down the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Do not be fooled by the pictures online—the photos shown are not original and look absolutely nothing like the actual room, which was incredibly dirty and completely unhygienic.
To make matters worse, there was no water available during the night, leaving us completely stranded without basic amenities. This place is a total waste of money.
Never trust OYO with your stay. Terrible service, zero maintenance, and complete dishonesty. Save your money and peace of mind by booking somewhere else!

Shabby give it a miss
Very dated and poorly equipped.The property was dark and depressing. No WiFi. The caretake's English was very limited. The upstairs bedroom had patio doors that wouldn't lock and kept in place by a screw. The only bed linen provided was a pillow and mattress sheet.The kitchen was very dated with limited utensils. No aircon downstairs only floor fans.

Great Stay at the Town House
Since the last reviews another host has taken over this property. He has a caretaker and is nice gentleman speaks limited English but is very helpful and made us most welcome and very helpful and a pleasure to have around respected our privacy and I hope we did for him. The house if kept clean although the kitchen looks tried and so does the bedrooms could do with up dating. but this does not take away a great stay. I would stay here again if I was to going to the area again. Its worth keeping the caretakers number with you just in case you cannot find the property it could have confused people with our English accent. Tell people its on the Chittor Road, The property is close to put puts, its near the MG road also great for the Metro railway, railway station and buses. My friend and I walked to the MG road many times. There is a great bakery nearby, bank of India and supermarket. Also Elements restaurant nearby that does do a take away. There are other shops nearby. We were a party of 6 that used the Town House from the England United Kingdom. The reason that I have given it 4 for overall rate is that there is no Wifi at the present time. This not the cheapest stay but is worth it due to the great location and having a caretaker on site. There is a washing machine and drying area. I washed my clothes everyday in the sink and hung them in the bathroom dried so quick mind you it was hot February 2018. Nice to sit in the carport with a drink in the evening and watch the wildlife. frogs, birds and other animalsv,We had not problems with electrics being cut off. Sadhanandhan phoned for a taxi for us to take us to airport and the taxi pulled up outside the Town House in the carport. Thank you Sadhanandhan for a great stay.

a big thumbs down to this place.
situated at the end of a lonely lane.we wasted an hour n a half searching for it.we were the only occupants except for the owner who never inter-acted with us.the worst came when there was a power-cut at 12.30 am.we were attacked by mosquitoes.there was no power back-up.we were so tired that we could barely move and we also had to make a journey the next day.there was no option but to bear with the situation.we could not sleep the whole night.the current was finally revived at 4.30 am.when we asked the staff about the electricity failure they gave lame excuses n told us that the generator had gone for repair.they should NOT have entertained guests when they had no power back-up.becoz it was the first day of our journey n it spoiled our mood from the onset.
