A pleasant place to stay

My stay at Lake Symphony was relaxing and peaceful. The host was a jovial guy who helped us with a lot of things and was quick to help. All in all, it was a great day spent at a great place! Choose this place if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Please don't opt this resort

Such a horrible experience. Never recommend to anyone especially ladies. Rooms and bathroom not at all clean. Very substandard management and service. Local lodges serves a better option than this. Not even a cup of tea or a jug of water is provided by them. And the funniest part is the whole room is visible from outside as there are no walls only glass doors and windows and without proper curtains. Even bathroom has a transparent glass screen and that too without curtain. Bathrooms were dirty and smelling. Even a waste bin was not provided by them. We felt that this 'lodge' (as we could never find a resort atmosphere there) was meant for boozing only. As the place is too interior and we reached there late, we couldn't run away, hence stayed there for the night. Never ever opt this resort.

We did not take any family booking on saturdays because being weekend we will have bachelors booking.
When this guest called for booking they did not mention about any ladies.But when they checked in they were three ladies and three gents ,that too in one bed.
May be ,as they mentioned being substandard management we permitted three ladies and three gents in one room.
We provide one litre drinking water in every room.
Any way we are really sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Worst Experience..!!

I booked for a 2 bedroom lake view resort thru phone and the guy assured me the same with 2 bathroom, once reached they provide us with a dormitory with two beds and a single bathroom. Which is not up to the mark as we paid 7k for that single room with no toiletries, towels and even a nice white pillow or sheet. The location is pretty good but not maintained properly. No comments about the staffs, coz they don't have one there which seems like a staff.

Avoid!

I chose this place because of the Internet pics and the reviews of some people that somehow "loved" the place! The first impression is of an abandoned place. The staff are very friendly and helpful and this alongside a beautiful view is the only positive thing there. They initially gave us a room where the walls and curtains were black because of damp and it felt like being in a lake of pee because it horribly stenched. The outside part was full of mud (monsoon period), a small dirty pool and three tables full of insects next to the table. There were no other clients while other places were fully booked. They tried to sell us a room on the first floor with a view for the price of a five star hotel. At the end they let us spend the first night there as there were no other people. The room has no hot water, Internet doesn't work and we just left next morning. I have attach the pics from both normal and bigger room.

This guest booked our base category room through make my trip for six nights.When he arrived he wanted to see all of our rooms and he and his wife liked our lake view premium room. They wanted to stay in that room for six nights at the same rate of our base category room which we refused.Then he demanded to cancel the booking, and we agreed for refund retaining only one days rent. We upgraded the room to our lake view premium room with out any additional cost for one day. He and his wife used our swimming pool for more than three hours and we did not know what made him comment "dirty pool". Kerala is experiencing very heavy rain and all our lawn area is soaked with water. We are really sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Beautiful View!!!!!

You can enjoy beautiful view from this resort. Good for family visit.This place is out of city.Peace full place to relax. You can really enjoy small and good swimming pool.Choose for lake view rooms. Very small resort.

We have only eight rooms at present. Our property is 5 kms from national high way. 12 kms from cochin main city.
