Helpful

TV, hot water, comfy bed and tea and coffee available for a very small cost. Close to restaurants, travel agents and ATMs. Staff were friendly and allowed us a late check out at no extra cost which was really helpful.

Avoid !

Stayed here for 3 days in the last week of Dec 2018.
The room [212] had a total run down look with peeling paint. Except for a small window; there was no other ventilation. Had to switch on lights even in the day time. The pillows were quite hard. Bathroom had a small depression in middle; as a result of which small puddle of water stagnated. Mirror was missing in the bathroom & only on insistence; they arranged for a temp mirror !! WC commode had broken water inlet.
My request for a better room was turned down on the grounds that hotel was fully booked - a lie; since i noticed several rooms with locks on. Being holiday season; all other hotels were fully booked or out of budget; hence couldn't move to a better place.
Wifi is available only in the dingy reception area & thankfully TV was functional.
The only advantage is that it is located about 5-10 min walk from station. However ; strongly recommend to AVOID this hell hole. There are much better hotels in the area.

Worst hotel in India

Everithing was bad from the room to the employees of the hotel,
The attendance and the room was so bad and the hotel is way to expensive for the service provided,
Please don't waste your money in this hotel.

Short stay

Stayed for short span of 5 hrs, to catch midnight train. Room was too small and worst room ever of my life. Very very dirty room. Bathroom was like public toilet. Beds are dirty. Room was very smelly.

unhygienic and dirty...

found cockroaches in the closet of 206, the bathroom door from inside was completely dirty...the most unhygienic hotel i have ever stayed...no bedsheet on the bed, everything had to be asked...no value for money :(
