A very good place to stay.

I stayed in Himani's vertigo in February 2019.This hotel is located in the heart of Chandigarh where you have easy access to anything in Chandigarh.The rooms were clean,the washroom was decent and there were proper kits ( shaving kit , soaps,comb and a shower cap).Also,the staff is very courteous and is professional in it's dealing. Also the hotel has a decent lounge where alcohol is served at decent price and it also has easy access to CCD.This hotel is also couple friendly..Totally recommended.

Impoliteness of Staff

I visited this property Sunday midnight by 2:00am and I asked the person sitting over the counter to use washroom he allowed after that he started backbiting like (enko dikhta nhi hai closing ka time hai) I heard but I came back after couple of seconds just want to want to inform that acc Section 7(2) of the Indian Sarais act 1867 guest can use washroom and ask for free drinking water and no employee on duty can deny for the same this type of behavior is very ridiculous. I request the owner of the property to please educate these staff members also I have checked previous reviews mostly are negative ones means there is a problem not visit this silly property.

Bad experience

Sir one of the worst experience ever they even charge 50/- for cutlery and also for cleaning and front desk is also misbehave and their menu is also over priced. When asked for water they give opened bottle and when asked they said its not opened

Avoid this Hotel

These People are Fraud. I booked a room for 6 days but stayed their for 3 days. They told me they will refund the excess payment but no payment has been done. Do not pick this hotel. There are much better in the same vicinity and much more professional and ambient.

Pathetic Room - Uncomfortable Stay

Hotel Rooms are too small. The bathroom is even tiny, you can't stand properly to take a shower. Paid Rs.2900 for double occupancy. Stay was disgusting. Towel was so small in length that you can't even wrap yourself in a towel. The surprising & shocking factor was, that we asked room service for two empty plates and spoons and they replied that it is chargeable Rs.150 per plate with a spoon. So embarrassing.......!!
