Little gem of a hotel right on the cliff top.
Staff were nice and rooms clean. A lot of renovation work is just being finished which will add some lovely rooms.
It is off the beaten track but does give rest bite from the city at the end of the day.

Glorious cliff top sanctuary

We checked in in the evening after a 12 hour drive. We were greeted courteously, checked in efficiently and taken to our room, the fabulous Kerala Suite; sea views on 2 sides , large balcony with tables and chairs, a delightful sleeping area complete with very comfortable bed, acres of wardrobe space, a lounge are with table chairs and a sofa that converts to a bed and a bathroom with walk in shower and rain shower. Everything was clean and in good condition. Some of the furniture honoured the artist community in Kunnar and was interesting and beautiful. The food was very good. Breakfast was a generous buffet of fruit, yoghurt, juice, cereals, boiled eggs and traditional Indian breakfast dishes. Delicious. Dinner was a more expansive affair if you wanted it to be. TOP TIP the Kerala Prawn Roast is listed as a starter but it makes a fabulous main course paired with,say, lemon rice. The best course in a4 week trip. The staff were all polite and very helpful and the location was spectacular. In all we loved staying here

Very bad experience satate beach resort. Bathroom is no safty

Very very bad experience. Lodge set all purpose no shower gel, hand wash bathroom is very bad and no safty.rooms water leakage bed sheet cover dust, rooms ara bad conditions
Restaurant bad experience, Resapstion old man is wrong behave so bad experience in resort

We like to stay at the cliffs.
Only problem our very loud aircondition. Everything else was nice.

This is a very reasonably priced hotel for what you get. We were delighted with our Panoramic suite. Recently redecorated room, large comfortable bed. Very clean. Fridge. Very good bedroom furniture. A number of locally made, attractive, wooden art pieces added to ambience of the place. Buffet breakfast included. Dinner was very good and inexpensive.
The only slight thing that could be actioned/improved on is for the chrome taps etc to be thoroughly cleaned. Also, the shower glass was very water spotted…. Daily clean would prevent this. But, it certainly did not detract from our lovely stay. Thank you. Highly recommend!
