All the services provided the Hotel were excellent. Especially food was very nice, giving feeling like home made food. The hotel staff was nice and cooperative...................................................................

Average Stay

The location is good, although the beach is not directly behind or immediately next to the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained.
However, the staff was not courteous or helpful. Our scooty was stolen from the hotel premises, and the staff was initially unwilling to show us the CCTV footage. Later, we discovered that the hotel had provided a key, and surprisingly, that key was able to start the scooty.
Given the situation, we expected a much more proactive and supportive response from the hotel staff when the scooty went missing. Unfortunately, their handling of the incident was disappointing.

Pathetic service

Pathetic service over all .. not at all satisfied, no one was cooperative, Specially manager mr milan, staff , room blankets were stinking

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The AC water was leaking on the table in the night and my new Iphone charger got wet and spoilt. The staff at the reception was very rude and overall rating for the hotel is horrible
