Great experience for families and friends

Had a good experience at Ticlo, we have been visiting this place for around 18 years now, amazing staff, good service. The rooms are well kept

Your family child and friends your responsibility not hotel

Very disappointing and traumatic experience at Ticklo Resort, Goa.
On the night of 24th May 2026, one of our friends suffered an electric shock near the swimming pool area due to suspected unsafe electrical conditions at the property. Instead of taking immediate action and helping us during the emergency, the resort staff behaved irresponsibly and even laughed at us when we requested them to shut down the electricity and arrange help.
The situation became chaotic and stressful for everyone. There was no proper emergency support from the hotel management. We had to struggle to arrange an ambulance ourselves and take our injured friend to the hospital.
The behaviour of the staff was extremely unprofessional, insensitive, and threatening during the entire incident. This experience left all of us traumatised and feeling unsafe.
A resort should prioritise guest safety, especially around swimming pool and electrical areas, but unfortunately this property completely failed in its responsibility

Bad Experience

Very disappointing experience at Ticlo Resort. The rooms were not clean at all, was poorly maintained, and the overall service was very bad. Please do not judge this place by its appearance alone. If you are traveling with family or friends, think twice before booking. No luxury or fancy view is more important than human life and safety.

Attention boorishness

CAUTION do not find yourself in this situation. Dropped in on the night of January 1. In the morning, around 10 o'clock, the calls started that we should move out, then the terror increased, started coming, knocking, ringing the doorbell, sending porters to take things out. Our objections that we have a voucher that says it's paid for before 12 o'clock said that's not true and we should check out. After the scandal, we were evicted before 12:00. Don't believe the ads, don't move in, don't get yourself in this situation!

Not worth the visit.

After hearing about this place on Facebook and the number of people saying how good the bar and food is, im very disappointed! My meal was the smallest dish iv had, more like a child's portion, and my friends dish was just as bad. It was the seafood night and we enquired about the dishes, when the bill arrived the seafood dish had gone up by 25%. When I questioned this, the waiter told me it was due to the dish having chips with it. This made me laugh as there were only 4 chips on the plate when it arrived. It's not worth a return visit
