Poor service..Totally west of Money ❌
Location and property
Good location and spacious premises, but appearance outside doesn’t make up for severe problems inside.
Cleanliness and hygiene
Room on arrival was dirty: floor dusty and not mopped, bed cover and pillow covers stained and dusty, blanket faded and with small holes.
Bathroom was in poor condition: filthy mirror and broken bathroom window glass.
Swimming pool was unclean and full of insects — unsafe and unpleasant to use.
Food preparation and service appeared unhygienic; we did not feel comfortable eating there.
Facilities and maintenance
TV in the room was not working.
AC remote was provided only after a 5-hour wait.
Overall lack of routine maintenance and housekeeping; many basic items were neglected.
Service and staff
Room service response times and general hotel service were very poor.
Individual room attendants were polite, but their efforts did not compensate for management’s failure to maintain basic standards.
Overall impression
Despite a promising location and large property, this hotel fails on essential aspects: cleanliness, food hygiene, maintenance, and timely service. Our stay was unsanitary and disappointing — not recommended until major improvements are made.

Worst manager ever found
Kindly to keep the reputation of the hotel , change the manager , and keep Buddha as a manager , worst manager ever found in any hotel. It’s an earnest request. Please we would love to recommend our friends and family for this society, but we would request the owner to change this manager at first place.. Buddha da is best .. the staffs are scared of the manager , as we have observed for the last four days..

Very Bad Hotel..No Covid protocol is followed.Hotel maintenance is poor.Bad smell is coming out of the Room... Recommend not to

Most ordinary property with high price
Our First impression was good about the property , big area n etc. , but when we enter in room… it is most most ordinary… the room we stayed are old , partially damaged.
It was an ac room, but when we ask ac remote , they reply “ we did not give ac remote to customer “ ???
Lift was there, but most of the time did not operational for different reason…..
If you get off from swimming pool …you have to use stairs ….. they don’t allow using lift with wet clothes.. ???
at the same time ,I also mention that the, reception staff , room service boy, all have very cold behaviour.. which was not at all acceptable in hotel industry
Overall it is a very basic and below average property ,
