"Perfect Family Stay with Great Location and Comfort at Hotel Rameshwaram Vatika, Varanasi

We had a wonderful family stay at Hotel Rameshwaram Vatika from January 29-31, 2025. Here’s what made it special:
Super Deluxe Room: The room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a family stay.
Great Amenities: The room came with all necessary amenities like bathroom toiletries, tea/coffee, laundry service, and more.
Complimentary Breakfast: Though the breakfast had limited options, the quality was excellent, and it was a great start to the day.
Perfect Location: The hotel is located beside Sankat Mochan Temple, making it convenient for temple visits. The large car parking facility was an added bonus.
Nearby Attractions: Viswanath Temple is just 4 km away, making it easy to visit.
Highly Recommended: We had a perfect stay here, and I highly recommend this hotel for families visiting Varanasi. The combination of comfort, location, and service makes it a great choice!

Not great.

The air conditioning circuit broke most nights, sometimes multiple times a night, causing me to wake up in a sweat. Often there was no hot water. The room smelled musty. Internet was really bad. But it was decent-looking and the restaurant is good. My advice: stay elsewhere and eat at the restaurant. Also, sometimes no one on staff speaks decent English.

Needs maintenance

I stayed at this hotel because it was close to bhu. The rooms were ok but there was no hot water and bathroom cabinets etc. were
in bad shape. Being right next to monkey temple helps. Overall, not worth the money

Basic,Safe Economical

A modest but functional hotel that carers to tourists,pilgrims and business persons due to its central location,next to Sankat Mochan temple.
It has a restaurant and has elaborate room service too.The menu includes ,Indian,South Indian Chinese and chaat items very reasonably priced.But it is a pure vegetarian affair.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
They also provide local sightseeing,transport,temple visit,boat rides,on payment basis.
The quality of food and portion size are satisfactory.

Fantastic location for those who wish to stay near the famous Sankat Mochan temple.

Stayed here from Nov 2 to Nov 3, 2017.
Here are my observations:
The Property:
============================================
1) Located close to the Sankat Mochan Temple, this is one of its biggest highlights. Very artistically decorated place, full of colours and lively.
2) Large sized rooms. Excellent leg space. Including a couch in a corner. Almost like a mini suite.
3) Mid-sized bathroom. Zero frills. No pressure Pump shower. No Hair Dryer. No shaving mirror. Clean linen.
4) Large-sized bed. Lumpy pillows but thick large width mattresses. Good sleep quality.
5) 32 inch Lloyd LED TV. Yes for HD Channels. Way to go.
6) More than adequate lighting. Yellow light bulbs. A couple of them not working though.
7) Only RO water available. Old fashion times. Bottled water chargeable.
8) Mediocre working wifi
9) Excellently working AC.
10) Buffet in Breakfast was not available for the day, probably due to lack of patrons. It was a la carte, and a very limited variety. A bummer of sorts.
The Platter:

Called for a Thali (Rs 200). And what a gigantic Thali it turned out to be. There was Paneer Gravy. Mix Veg, Punjabi Chhole. Daal Makhani. Raita. Two Rotis. One Kulchha. Mix Veg Rice. Chhas. Kesar Ice cream. Whew! Loved it.
