Good place for a short term stay

Great hotel to stay. We had been to Bengaluru to attend to a wedding. The wdding hall (Srikuchalambal wedding hall) was just 100 mtrs away from this hotel, so we booked this hotel just for convenience. Our stay at this hotel beat our expectations. Reception staff were too good, so as house keeping. Managers Anantha and Thomas George were very cooperative, though they denied my request for additional discount for non-occupation of one room (for a day) out of 6 rooms booked - but they went by hotel's policy, which should be respected. Jaya Nagar 4th block, which is 900 mtrs away from the hotel, is full of markets and one can get anything of household needs there. We did not take food at the hotel, so cannot comment. Rooms were bit small but good and well maintained. The restroom was clean and neat. The width of restroom was too small. The phone placement in restroom was not the best place-whenever we enter and turn the phone got receiver got hit and fell. Good place to stay for short term.

Horrible expirience in pai viceroy

I booked this hotel for 3 nights andbi stayed in room no 107 and the hotel fitouts like bed, mattressess,even towels are very old and especially ac was not working as those acs were more than 10 years old. The hotel staff knows that these acs doesnot work and when i have complained they have changed the room to 112 and there also same issue with ac as it was very very old and it was also not working. I think because of the location which was suppose to be changed 5 to 6 years even after 10 years they were not doing any renowation work. Please look into once before booking this hotel

DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Worst experience. Other than the prime location there is nothing good about this hotel. Rooms are overpriced and furniture and interior is old and broken. What you see on the internet is not what you get. Food is terrible and staff need training in hospitality. Mediocre place. Will never recommend staying here.

the room was good

we stayed there for one day. over all it was good but the room that was assign to us was not that spacious. the food good as well as the service.

An absolutely terrible experience

We had booked the banquet hall for a wedding reception on 25th April 2025. The booking was from 5 pm to 11 pm and all was going well till about 9:30 pm, when everyone decided to move from the hall to the dining area one level below. Somehow the hotel staff took this as permission to close the hall completely and proceeded to switch off the air-conditioning, pile up the chairs that were set up, and switch off the lights as well.
Not once were we informed that this would happen, and no one from the team came to ask permission from us. After this took place, a guest actually walked in at 9:45 pm and was greeted by this scene.
After we brought this to the attention of the manager, he asked people to bring back the chairs and switch on the air-conditioning but my question remains - who took the decision to switch it off in the first place, and why were we not informed?
The booking was valid from 5 pm to 11 pm, and no one had the right to close up the hall at 9:30 pm.
Which is why I say - avoid this hotel at all costs. Take your business elsewhere and save your money. There are many other hotels in the city - you will be treated better there.
