Amazing service

I stayed here with my friends for a week . Hotel it good and services are awesome. Room keeping is good, fast staff is responding to phone calls. Manager is also friendly and hospitable . Rooms are quite small.

Decent

Booked this through MiStay and you can choose your time slot. Especially if you are only in the city for a few hours. The room was a basic non AC one. The TV was lying inside a cupboard and the bedsheet had a few dried bloodstains on it. I was in the city only for a few hours and just needed a place to freshen up within a reasonable budget. The receptionist was polite and friendly.
They have a lot of improvements to be done which will go a long way. Like new paint and clean chairs etc. Got hot water which was definitely a welcome thing in the cold weather. There is no restaurant facility and no free breakfast or rather,no breakfast at all which was advertised when I booked the room.

Be careful while booking with oyo..

i have booked it via oyo booking id UGJW3942 four rooms for three nights before 2 months and fully paid. we are three families travelling from navsari, gujarat. when we reached in evening at hotel after long exhausting journey hotel refused to give rooms despite amount paid, hotel informed us that oyo had not given payment to them. hotel manager also informed us that oyo had not paid their 17 lacs of due payment till that date. we all were hungry and tired of long journey, kids were sleepy. we contacted oyo customer care, they tried to force us to go another oyo hotel at bengaluru and do fresh payment for it,reluctant to give support...very pathetic nightmare....after half an hours conversation oyo ready to give our money back in a14 days...please never book via oyo..

fooling customers

Please don't use this townhall Bangalore hotel the receptionist will tell lie you at first that the price is 2500 for single room when you look into there website that's hardly 1200 and OYO will show 900 rupees and service is very badly and unhygienic
