A Perfect Wedding Celebration at Sterling Rewild Sariska
I recently organized my younger brother’s wedding at Sterling Rewild Sariska, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. The property, with its 60 rooms across different categories, was simply amazing, spacious, well-maintained, and ideal for hosting a large family event.
The location itself is breathtaking, surrounded by the Aravali mountains and lush greenery, which created the perfect backdrop for the celebrations. The ambience felt serene yet festive, making every moment special.
The service was outstanding, everything ran smoothly, and the team of Mr Jhalla & Mr Gupta went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met. Their warmth and helpfulness made us feel truly cared for, and it added a personal touch to the entire wedding.

Extremely disappointing experience at Sterling Sariska

I had specifically booked a Private Plunge Pool Room for a one-day family getaway. The private pool was the main reason I chose this property. To avoid any issues, I even contacted the resort a day before arrival and was assured that my booking was confirmed.
After travelling for several hours with my family and children, I was told at reception that the room was still being cleaned because the previous guest had checked out late. We waited for a long time hoping the room would be ready.
Since my family was tired from the journey, I requested a temporary room so the children and ladies could rest and use the washroom facilities. After waiting further, the manager finally informed me that the Private Plunge Pool Room I had booked was actually unavailable and could not be provided at all.
What followed was a series of negotiations. I was offered other rooms, access to a pool until late night, and even an extra day of stay. However, none of these options solved the issue. I had planned a one-day trip around the private plunge pool experience and had taken time out from an extremely busy schedule specifically for this purpose.
The discussions consumed a major part of the day, my children were left disappointed, and the holiday we had planned was ruined. Eventually, I had to leave the resort and find another place to stay.
To their credit, the management agreed to provide a full refund and later sent confirmation by email. However, a refund cannot compensate for the wasted travel, lost day, stress, and disappointment caused to my family.
The biggest concern is that the room was confirmed both at the time of booking and again one day before arrival, yet it was still unavailable when we reached the resort.
Very poor reservation management and communication. I hope Sterling takes corrective action so that other families do not face a similar experience.

For a comfortsble stay after the safari!!
Good location!!I
stayed here with my friends for a one day visit to Sariska. The location of the resort is next to a hill. The sun rises just behind the hill to give a breathtaking view of the sunrise. We were upgraded to higher grade tents because of availability. The tents are neat, spacious and besiyifully done up. The outdoor shower with the room though was not very effective and something can be done about hot water availability too. The food spread is limited but delicious. They even lit bonfire for us on extra payment and served us dinner next to the bonfire. The staff is courteous and helpful. Overall a good experience.

Nice for a group of people only but expensive food.
We stayed there during Holi (2026). The tents type accommodation is really good, spacious, decently furnished, clean and tidy, good size sit out etc. The resort is quite well spread with swimming pool, lawns and a restaurant. The staff is pleasant and attentive, the service is slow. They are not trained enough to understand so many things, e.g. Standard facilities in rooms may be missing or it would take few people to understand what you want. Because of tents, if you have a loud neighbour your peace is affected and the staff has no control.
The food is decent, the variety is limited and the preparations are more influenced by local cuisine.
The prices of food are like fine dining restaurant though. A Rs40/ can of coco cola costs Rs 245/. Or fresh lime soda also the same.
It is located (as on date) in an isolated area, no shops or village in a few Kms. The approach road is under construction.
Sariska Gate for safari is 10 Km away, takes about half an hour as roads are bad.
The food is decent, the variety is limited and the preparations are more influenced by local cuisine.

Serenity.
The sterling resorts have a standard which is maintained. The property is beautiful and the staff very helpful. We had young kids with us and the helped us a lot with the food. The rooms are basic rooms- clean with basic ammenities, but do not have things like hairdryers, lockers. Their ammenities center was still WIP but they arranged bornfire for us, which was nice. The view and the serenity made the property worth a visit.
