Unforgettable memories with Friends

It's a very nice place to stay with family and friends. I went there with my 6-month-old baby. I felt like a home and cooked food for my baby. The Resort is facing a river and a great view from the patio. It also a claim and quiet place. Its a best place for bachelors and also family.

Unforgettable memories..

Excellent place for a weekend getaway...quiet and scenic...staffs were really helpful..Resort is facing a river and great view from the patio.Resort will arrange for small boat ride and houseboat rides on request.They have a great package for houseboat ride.looking forward to visit this place again.

What a pleasant surprise this!

I had least expected the kind of service and hospitality I and my family experienced here at Sunny days. Mr. Viju and his managing partner team go the extra distance to make their guests happy. Thank you guys for accommodating my diner requests, especially the 'Karimeen' fish fry you prepared for all of us stood up to its reputation.
I would strongly recommend Sunny days for the original Alleppy backwater and the most rewarding homestay experience.

Pure Backwaters

It was booked online with limited expectations but it was surprisingly a great find. It is bang opposite Pampa river which starts from sacred Sabrimala mountains and gives a relaxing atmosphere.
Its a small property but well landscaped garden and with proper facilities. Room n Bathroom were extremely clean with AC n LED Tv.
Its their food which is equally a feast bcoz its like home cooked. You can give preferences. Best is their local catch (they catch in front of resort) "Karimeen". In fact one night my wife also tried to cook along with the cook and they were all happy to allow.
My 3 year old was also not packed in a room and were playing with them. My son definitely enjoyed his freedom in running around.
Staff including the owner "Viju" were extremely helpful in assisting (and saving money in fact) boat trips n local sightseeing. Infact they offer a complimentary boat ride for an hour which goes interior of backwaters which was also fun.
Highly recommended for relaxing stay.
Only thing is little interior (5km from the highway) and 30 min from Alleppey city by road. Since i had hired a Car for the trip which was not a big problem then.

Relaxing holiday with great location !!!

We had gone to this place after reading reviews from Trip advisor.
We completely enjoyed our stay. We were a family of 5 ppl. They have clean rooms, dining area and lot of open space outside. Just outside the homestay are the backwaters. Though its quite interior but if you want to merge yourself in the backwater life, this is the place.We had a hard time reaching this place as it quite interior.
Food is amazing and the owners (Sunil and Shiny) takes care of you very well. They can arrange houseboat/shikara rides for you. We had taken shikara through them and it came just outside the homestay to pick us up.
